Job summary

Crescent Crown Distributing in New Orleans is seeking a driven sales professional to grow market share and drive distribution in a defined territory. You will develop brands through displays, shelf and cold box management, and on-premise promotions while delivering best-in-class customer service. Requirements include at least 21 years old, a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of sales experience (beverage industry preferred), a valid Louisiana driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent; relevant experience acceptable.
• Minimum one year of sales experience; beverage industry preferred.
• Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for regular business use.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Willingness to extend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share, sales volumes, distribution, and profitability in a sales territory.
• Develop brands through displays, shelf and cold box management.
• Execute pricing and on/off premise POS merchandising.
• Lead on-premise promotions and package share initiatives.
• Build outstanding internal and external customer relationships.
