The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 3+ years in customer service, preferably healthcare call center experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in customer service, preferably healthcare call center.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Experience with data entry and call documentation.
• Strong verbal, written and problem-solving communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming or make outbound healthcare contact center calls to welcome new members to the Healthplan
• Use verbal communication strategies to elicit information, gain member confidence and provide reassurance
• Identify trends related to outbound calls for policy or procedure improvements
• Meet quality assurance requirements and KPIs, including punctuality and attendance
• Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings
