Centene Corporation in Des Moines, IA seeks a Customer Service Advocate to welcome new Healthplan members and educate them on program features and requirements. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at the Jordan Creek Parkway office based on business needs.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 3+ years in customer service, preferably healthcare call center experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry, strong communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Make outbound calls to new members welcoming them to the Healthplan and providing information and education regarding program features and requirements of the Healthplan.

This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate must be able to work onsite at the Jordan Creek Parkway office in Des Moines, Iowa, based on business needs.
High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center environment. Experience with Microsoft office applications and data entry systems. Experience with data entry and call documentation. Strong verbal, written and problem solving communication skills.
Pay Range: $19.43 - $32.98 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
