Job summary

Centene is seeking a Community Marketing Outreach Associate in the Indianapolis area to plan, implement and evaluate state-wide marketing and education programs for members.

You will conduct outreach, create member materials, participate in community events and coordinate booth setups, and deliver presentations on benefits and services. Expect travel up to 75%; require a high school diploma and 2+ years in PR/marketing or customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in public relations, marketing, or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Health care experience preferred
• Experience in community engagement and event planning
• Medicaid product knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct member outreach and education programs including creation of member materials
• Assist in design, review and revision of health-related materials distributed to members
• Participate in community events and coordinate booth setup
• Assist with presentations to community and members on benefits and services
• Ensure completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff
• Serve as a contact for community agencies and events
• Ability to travel 75% including evenings and weekends
