Job summary

Grace Hill in the United States is seeking a Director of New Logos to lead strategic sales initiatives, scale revenue, and manage a high-performing team. This remote role reports to VP of Sales and focuses on new business development and cross-sell to New Logo Accounts.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of sales experience, proven enterprise software leadership, and strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years leading enterprise software sales.
• B2B software experience with cloud-based/SaaS.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Lead the New Logo Sales Group and coach the sales team.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
