Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a remote sales specialist to discuss homeowner window and door needs and schedule consultations. You will dial 30 homeowners an hour and manage heavy inbound flow while documenting appointments.

Base pay is $20/hr with uncapped bonuses, plus PTO, paid holidays, full insurance, and 401(k) match. Student loan repayment and tuition assistance programs are available.

Formación

• 2 years of sales experience and a high school diploma are required.
• Sales mindset, professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems is preferred.
