Job summary

Citadel Roofing and Solar is seeking a New Homes – Project Coordinator to support multiple home communities from award through closeout. You will manage documents, drawings, budgets and schedules with internal and external teams, ensuring clean handoffs and data accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years in solar PV or construction, strong process discipline, and excellent written and verbal communication. Expect active coordination with builders, finance partners, and field teams for timely project

Qualifications

• 1-3 years construction related experience- solar PV.
• Process management experience required.
• Self-driven organizational skills, facilitating high volumes of emails & documents.
• Detail oriented, attention and focus to ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and manages all project related documents, including customer work orders, change orders, budgets and solar designs.
• Work with Homebuilder & Finance Partners on new Community/Project Startup
• Initiate request for solar drawings, working with the Design Team to deliver accurate drawings to the Customer & Field team.
• Coordinate permit requests & requirements with Permit Coordinator
• Track code compliance within the Title 24 Design Parameters, work to resolve non-compliance issues with Builder/Energy Consultant.
• Confirm required/selected solar system size with Builder, Finance Partners and internal production team members. Ensure system details are documented for design and invoicing accuracy.
• Request Job Budget setup for each home with Project Finance team
• Collaborate with Field personnel on scheduling and onsite deliverables.
• Review Project Photos for compliance
• Works closely with Finance Partners, to ensure that all required documents & milestones are completed in a timely manner
• Track all projects through the completion of construction while communicating clearly and effectively on project status
• Multiple daily entries in CRM, spreadsheets, calendars and all other internal tracking systems
• Work with the Field crews to handle escalations or other issues that need administrative resolution.
