Portfolio: Residential projects utilizing Legacy Sun (SunEdison) equipment in the New York City area

Overview

RWE is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of residential solar projects under the Legacy Sun program. The ideal candidate will have project experience within the PV/residential solar industry and familiarity with residential solar equipment. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day coordination activities, engaging with service providers, and ensuring timely resolution of project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the distribution inbox, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers, including scheduling site visits, dispatching work, and tracking completion status.
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in alignment with project and internal requirements.
