UnionMain Homes, LLC is seeking a results-driven home sales professional to meet and exceed sales and closing goals at our Texas communities. You will build rapport with prospective buyers, understand their home needs, and guide them through the design, loan, construction and closing process.

You will promote lender options, coordinate with internal teams, and leverage our sales technology to ensure timely buyer activities. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high sales performance in new or existing home sales (or similar experience).
• Entrepreneurial and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to varying styles.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required for business travel by automobile.
• Computer proficiency with office software (CRM, MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed company-established sales and closing goals.
• Meet and build rapport with prospective buyers and determine home needs and interests.
• Convert community traffic to sales to meet company goals.
• Follow up promptly with all potential buyers.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
• Maintain knowledge of sub-market competition.
• Assist buyers through design, loan, start, construction and closing processes; coordinate appointments and follow ups.
• Develop knowledge of home features, options pricing, and design center selections and communicate them to customers.
• Utilize UMH sales technology, including automated sales contracts and customer management software.
• Place and monitor on-site signage as needed.
