Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking an experienced New Homes Mortgage and Protection Adviser. You will generate and manage your own client base, maximise branch opportunities, and build relationships with vendors, buyers and developers.

A CeMAP qualification and UK driving licence are required, with a track record in financial services and exceptional customer service. You will join a respected network as the #1 appointed representative of Openwork, receive dedicated training, and have access to a client

Qualifications

CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent with knowledge of Help to Buy.
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice.
Excellent understanding of your local market movement, activities and competitors.
A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
Maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging environment.
Engage with vendors, buyers and developers to identify referral opportunities.
