Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking driven sales professionals to promote mortgage protection plans. You will set appointments, research client needs, and meet with families either virtually or in-person to present options and help with applications.

This commission-only role includes extensive training, a high earning potential with uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses based on results; success depends on effort, lead engagement, and follow-through.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Setting appointments: 6-8 hours per week to reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings.
• Research: 4-5 hours per week to customize options based on client information.
• Meeting with families: 2 days per week, virtually or in-person to present options and help with applications.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week to follow up with insurance carriers and move applications through underwriting.
