Placing Faces, a brokerage in Colchester, is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to provide top-tier mortgage advice. This self-employed role offers a realistic OTE of 70k in the first year, with a potential for higher income. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• CeMAP and CAS certifications required.
• Whole of market background is essential.
• Ideally based in Colchester to attend the office.

• Work alongside admin to ensure smooth mortgage applications.
• Innovate mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas.

Job description

We are working with a fantastic brokerage based in Colchester, and due to growing lead sources, they are looking for another Mortgage Advisor to join them.

This is a self-employed role - there are no monthly costs, all leads provided (many of them are HNW!), and they can pay a retainer to guarantee your earnings for the first few months.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
• Whole of market background is required.
• You'll ideally be based in Colchester as you will need to attend their office.
