PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting a Protection Advisor to provide expert insurance guidance to clients and support a high-volume mortgage leads operation. The role offers remote work with flexibility, or a hybrid setup near London or Southampton, within a UK mortgage network with a long-standing track record.

You will be responsible for advising on protection products, managing leads, and contributing to a high-performance sales environment.

• Ability to manage 40 leads per month from Mortgage Only advisors.

Compensation:

• Base salary of £30,000 per year.
• Commission from first sale at 17-20% of 97% gross, no ratchets or validation targets.
• OTE £75,000+ with potential for significantly higher earnings through over achievement.
