Job summary

Just Mortgages Academy offers an exciting start for aspiring Mortgage and Protection Advisers. The academy is hosted by our Learning & Development Team, with extensive on-the-job training and coaching to help you reach your potential.

The program features a 4-week training course in Swindon, a 3000 car allowance, 500 per month training support for six months, and a fully uncapped commission scheme, with a base salary of £22,000 and realistic on-target earnings of £35,000–£40,000.

• Full UK Driving Licence
