Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities through to the New Home Orientation.
• Update the Construction Schedule daily and schedule all trade contractors.
• Perform Pre-Construction Orientation, inspections, and follow-up on closing day.
• Carry out 30-day post-closing follow-up and address warranty items in the first 30 days.
