Job summary

David Weekley Homes is offering a six to twelve month training program designed to build foundations in sales, customer service, and marketing. You will participate in structured training and support seasoned Sales Consultants.

The program emphasizes relationship building, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or relevant customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience in hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing, event management, or comparable customer-facing roles is valued but real estate experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6–12 month training program.
• Support Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, and marketing duties.
• Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
