Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking a people-driven individual who is eager to learn and has an interest in pursuing residential homebuilding in Orlando. By joining the Orlando division as a New Home Sales Associate, you will start in a training program and gain hands-on experience to support Sales Consultants.

After a 6–12 month training period, you may transition to a New Home Sales Consultant role with opportunities for growth and higher earning potential, while continuing to develop customer

Qualifications

• Real estate experience is not required.
• Recent graduates or experience in hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing, event management or related customer-facing roles encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Consultants with customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other duties while in training.
• Participate in the company training program to learn new home sales processes.
• Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm and strong work ethic to the team.
• Assist in building relationships with customers and contribute to a high service standard.
