Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking a people-driven individual to join the Orlando division as a New Home Sales Associate, with a training period of 6-12 months before transitioning to a New Home Sales Consultant position with high earning potential.

You will learn the residential homebuilding process through our training program and support Sales Consultants with customer service, administrative tasks and marketing while developing customer-relations skills and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience is not required.
• Recent graduates or those with hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing, event management or similar customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience is preferred.
