Job summary

Century Communities is seeking a Community Sales Manager in Bothell, WA to generate new homes traffic, close sales, and nurture buyer relationships through the construction process and after closing.

You’ll meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, coordinate with buyers, agents, and lenders, and maintain studio materials. The role offers an hourly rate with potential incentives, PTO and health benefits, and a real estate license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and closing goals.
• Complete the responsibility checklist in the new home studio.
• Generate new customer traffic through various channels.
• Coordinate the sales process with buyers, agents, and lenders for closing.
• Maintain marketing materials and signage for all communities.
• Attend studio and company meetings and organize files.
• Communicate with mortgage lenders to ensure loan processing stays on track.
• Perform other duties as needed.
