Job summary

Arbor Homes, through its Elite Homes division, seeks a New Home Sales Associate to help sell new homes and support the Community Sales Manager. The role requires weekend work and will be based out of Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

You will register customers, showcase model homes, discuss features, and guide selections, while coordinating contracts and deposits. Growth and coaching are emphasized within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales preferred.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• High level of enthusiasm and excitement.
• Ability to engage, promote, educate and persuade.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to control your own income.
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to complex problems.
• Numerical aptitude with basic understanding of financial principles.
• Computer proficient with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Register customers and assist in purchasing Elite Homes.
• Demonstrate model homes and explain features and benefits.
• Provide information about community and surrounding area.
• Assist customers with site, plan, and options selection.
• Prepare contracts accurately and completely.
• Obtain deposits per company requirements.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
• Continuing sales coaching to improve craft.
• Utilize the CRM system effectively.
