Qualifications

• Minimum three years in sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers and visitors.
• Identify buyer needs, timing, budget, and preferences.
• Present communities, floorplans, pricing, and buying steps.
• Generate and convert leads from multiple sources.
• Follow up with prospects through closing and post-closing.
