About The Role

Elite Homes, a subsidiary of Arbor Homes, is seeking a New Home Sales Associate. The primary responsibility is to assist in selling new homes, and additional duties may be assigned by the Community Sales Manager.

Position Requirements

This position requires working weekends and will be based out of Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Ask customers the opportunity to register and purchase an Elite Home
• Demonstrate model home(s) and provide information on home features and benefits
• Provide information regarding community and surrounding area
• Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options
• Prepare contracts accurately and completely
• Obtain deposits per company requirements
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Perform other duties as apparent or assigned
• Engage in continuing sales coaching sessions to improve craft
• Effectively utilize our CRM system
