Job summary

Adams Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Associate for our Huntsville Division to guide buyers through the sales process, follow up via CRM, and generate leads using a proven system. The role requires a current Alabama Real Estate License and strong work ethic.

You will meet with prospects, show model homes, and manage contracts through closing while collaborating with marketing and construction teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• An Alabama Real Estate License

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective buyers to discuss needs, preferences, and budget for a new home purchase.
• Show model homes and inventory to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Follow-up with prospects using our CRM and standardized sales process.
• Manage the sales process from contract to closing, including negotiating purchase agreements.
• Oversee the home construction process and maintain relationships with buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing and construction teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
