Job summary

Home Creations seeks an energetic New Home Sales Consultant to oversee community sales in Dayton and Northeast Houston, guiding buyers from inquiry to contract.

You will work in show homes across multiple communities, coordinating marketing, promotions, and financing options while delivering outstanding service and meeting monthly goals.

Excellent communication, planning, and ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays are essential; travel between communities is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or two years of college completed required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations or related field preferred.
• Must be available to work 3 weekends per month.
• Flexible to work in multiple communities throughout Montgomery & Liberty Counties (11am–6pm).

Responsibilities

• Residential community sales activities.
• Marketing the residential community.
• Greet and acknowledge customers to provide outstanding service.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, ads, and financing options.
• Coordinate show homes upkeep and negotiations with lenders.
• Negotiate and sign contracts; set closings; work with lenders.
• Set goals and personal business plan.
• Attend weekly meetings and report progress.
• Visit realtors and plan area events.
• Attend public & marketing events and training.
• Coordinate moving of show homes when needed.
