Requirements include an active Florida real estate license and a coachable, customer-focused attitude. Weekend availability is required as model homes are open daily.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system.
• Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
• Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from initial interaction through contract and closing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.
