Adams Homes is seeking top-performing sales professionals in Melbourne, FL to join our team. You will work onsite in one of our new home communities, following a proven sales system, with weekend hours as model homes are open daily.

You will become an expert on available communities, floor plans, pricing, financing, and local competition. You will proactively generate leads, nurture relationships, and guide buyers through the full homebuying journey to contract and closing, delivering an

We're building a team of top-performing sales professionals in Melbourne, FL who have a strong work ethic, great attitude, and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Work onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily.
• Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
• Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from the initial interaction through contract and closing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.
