Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies seeks a Sales Consultant to learn products, sell homes and secure contracts. You will follow up with prospects, manage the sales database, present products, and shop the competition.

One to two years of new home sales experience is required. A valid driver's license and Real Estate License are mandatory; weekends and some holidays are expected as part of a demanding, commission-driven role.

Qualifications

• One to two years of new home sales experience is required.
• Must provide high level customer service, with exceptional communication in 1:1 and group settings.
• Valid driver’s license required; Real Estate License is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.
