You must have a proven two-year sales track record; new home sales experience preferred. Exceptional communication skills—one-on-one and in front of large groups—are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of sales experience required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills -- one-on-one and in front of large groups.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain the sales database.
• Present products to customers and study the local competition.
