Job summary

Veev, By Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers from initial engagement through closing and beyond. The role requires frequent travel to sites under construction, proactive appointment setting, and expert relationship management to ensure a seamless buyer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a California real estate license, 1–3 years of related sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active California real estate license required.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related fields.
• Comfortable working weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential homebuyers to determine their needs.
• Tour and demonstrate homes under construction to facilitate timely sale.
• Showcase the factory and build quality to buyers.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Maintain accurate communication records throughout the sales process.
• Monitor homes and sites and coordinate maintenance needs.
