Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License.
- Proven success in real estate sales, especially as a buyer's agent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Proficiency with online platforms and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed for 6+ months with 6+ closed transactions in the past year.
