Job summary

EYA seeks a Community Assistant to support on-site sales at Fairfax County projects, helping buyers with information, contracts, pre-qualification, and settlements. You’ll be the face of EYA, delivering exceptional service and guiding clients through the process from contract to closing.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and excels in communication. Weekend work and obtaining a real estate license are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience; customer service background preferred.
• New home sales experience is highly preferred; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to sell the community vision with energy and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and home information to prospective buyers; sell the community vision.
• Maintain CRM leads with regular follow-up and manage sales materials.
• Process paperwork for sales contracts, loanPre-qualification and settlements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely contract signing through settlement.
• Support on-site teams to create positive buyer experiences and conduct video presentations.
