Job summary

EYA, LLC seeks a Community Assistant (New Home Sales) to support the Sales Manager on-site at Fairfax County, VA. You will be the face of EYA, presenting the community and home information to prospective buyers, and assisting in preparing sales agreements.

Weekend work is required and you may need to obtain a real estate license. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate and urban living.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service; new home sales experience preferred.
• College degree in hospitality, customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and home information to prospective buyers; sell the community vision.
• Demonstrate EYA values of integrity, respect, collaboration, can-do attitude and excellence.
• Maintain potential prospect leads with regular follow-up.
• Assemble sales material and maintain office inventory.
• Monitor models, specifications, signage, landscaping, and entrances.
• Process paperwork for sales contracts, loan pre-qualification, and settlements.
• Manage buyer relationships from contract signing through settlement with timely follow-up.
• Team with on-site construction to create a positive buyer experience.
• Coordinate with Settlements to ensure on-time settlement; participate in video presentations.
