Job summary

EYA is seeking a Community Assistant to support the Sales Manager on-site in Fairfax County, VA. You will help buyers with community and home information, assist with contracts, and manage the buyer relationship from contract signing through settlement.

This is a full-time role requiring weekend work and licensing to be obtained. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate and urban living, with experience in customer service and a strong ability to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience; new home sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to sell the community vision and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and home information to prospective buyers and sell the community vision.
• Maintain prospect leads system with regular follow-up.
• Assemble sales materials and maintain office inventory.
• Process paperwork for sales contracts, loan pre-qualification/applications and settlements.
• Coordinate with Settlements and Construction teams to ensure a smooth buyer experience.
