Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-up with leads.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and communicate product offerings, building processes, financing plans, and mortgage process to guide prospects/buyers.
• Prepare reports including competition reports for all company competitors in their division and Sales/Traffic reports for communities.
• Answer telephones and schedule appointments for sales consultants.
• Greet potential home buyers and provide brochures/information.
• Collate sales materials and maintain supplies.
• Ensure model home is clean and orderly and open/close per checklist.
• Assist Sales Professional with CRM updates and other activities.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or above.
