Ashton Woods Homes is seeking ambitious Community Sales Managers to join its sales team. You will identify and qualify prospects, initiate and manage the home buying process, and work at sales offices and model homes to meet company sales goals.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Real estate license may be required by state; weekend work may be needed.

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Real estate license may be required by state.
• New home sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work at Ashton Woods (and Starlight Homes as needed) sales offices and model homes during designated company hours.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to prospects consistent with company standards.
• Communicate product offerings, building processes, financing plans, and mortgage processes to help guide customers.
• Learn sales agreements and addendums, complete them accurately and deliver in a timely manner to customers.
• Use the CRM/lead system to track homebuyers and service their needs throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
• Stay current with community information and customer needs.
• Ensure selling materials are stocked and consistent with company specifications.
• Set up weekly visits with realtors to generate referral sales.
• Understand competition and compare with Ashton Woods.
• Prepare reports on competition, sales, and traffic.
• Other duties as assigned.
