DSLD Homes in Orange, TX is seeking a Builder Sales Representative to be the primary contact for prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the purchase journey and showcasing our designs, features, and community offerings to generate new home sales.

You will act as a trusted advisor, handling the process from pre-sale through closing while coordinating with lenders, realtors and the internal team. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales process and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and deliver an outstanding sales presentation consistent with company training.
• Prospect, follow up, set appointments, show homes and home sites, prepare contract paperwork, coordinate with lenders, and prep for closing.
• Maintain consistent communication with buyers during construction and after closing.
• Generate leads and referrals through marketing efforts and networking with realtors.
