Smith Douglas Homes is seeking a passionate New Home Sales Specialist to be the face of our community and guide buyers through the journey to homeownership. You will present designs, amenities and financing options while building lasting relationships with clients.

You will generate leads, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with construction and mortgage teams to ensure a seamless experience. Weekend availability and an active real estate license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven success in sales or related field.
• Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective homebuyers and provide an outstanding model home experience.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the home-buying journey.
• Present home designs, community amenities, floorplans, pricing, and financing options.
• Generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, social media, and community outreach.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with construction, mortgage, and closing teams for a seamless experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage sales activities.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate conditions.
