Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales.
• Great verbal communication skills and strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and deliver an outstanding sales presentation aligned with company training.
• Manage activities including prospecting, follow-up, setting appointments, using CRM, showing homes, preparing contracts, color appointments, scheduling walk-throughs, coordinating with lenders, and prepping for closing.
