Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from first contact to closing. You will drive sales, manage relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction. Flexibility for local travel and a focus on building market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads using the 10-5-2-1 selling approach.
• Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors, referrals, and proactive self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, communities, sales trends, ads, and demographics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transaction and satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives.
