Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a New Home Project Manager based in Appleton, WI, with 60% travel to Wisconsin and Northern Michigan to support new home setups. You will oversee surveys, permitting, site prep, and the installation process for homes across multiple communities.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining strong relationships with Community Operations while communicating status clearly and meeting policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of physical facilities, including construction renovation.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors and other partners.
• Advanced skill with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete all assigned home site surveys in a timely manner.
• Manage permitting and utility compliance for completion of home installations.
• Complete site walkthroughs to determine scope of work for installation of new homes.
• Manage all aspects of new home installation, including delivery, site prep and setup.
• Daily travel to assigned communities to ensure presence on site and inspections.
