Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a New Home Project Manager to support the New Home Senior Project Manager with lot modifications, surveys, site prep, and vendor coordination. The role primarily service-oriented, requiring travel to sites and strong vendor management skills.

Minimum experience includes 3 years in project management (preferred). A bachelor’s degree is preferred, while a high school diploma or GED is required. Proficiency in MS Office and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management or similar experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of physical facilities and construction renovation
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with all levels of personnel
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic tech skills
• Valid operator’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist New Home Senior Project Manager with lot modifications and site prep
• Prepare and obtain home site surveys; research local setbacks
• Track shipping, arrival, and setup of new homes
• Assess and plan required site prep for existing home sites
• Assist communities with receipt, setup, and vendor onboarding of new homes
• Locate and contract vendors to control costs and pricing
• Travel approximately 60% to job sites and vendor locations
