Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a New Home Lead Project Manager based in Michigan with responsibility for training NHPMs, tracking regional home installations, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and collaboration with Community Operations.

You will manage site surveys, permit requirements, and vendor contracts, travel regionally, and assist the Director with training and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Training and coaching of NHPMs to ensure timely, budget-compliant home installations.
• Ability to track regional home delivery timelines and quality.
• Knowledge of utilities and permitting requirements at local levels.
• Understanding of company policies and enforce policy adherence.
• Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily training, coaching, and oversight of NHPMs in assigned region.
• Track and report status of homes in the region for timelines and quality.
• Manage completion of site surveys and review compliance with policies.
• Review site Walk-throughs to determine required scope of work.
• Collaborate with Community Operations to communicate installation processes.
• Manage and track new home deliveries in the region.
• Oversee installations where NHPM is not assigned.
• Assist Director of New Homes with training and initiatives.
• Travel within assigned region to provide training and coverage.
