Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience and communication skills, with a projected compensation between $90K and $120K annually. The role offers a base salary plus commission, an auto allowance, and a full benefits package including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in new home construction.
• Proven track record as a deal closer with solid prospecting skills.
• Ability to financially qualify buyers and discuss mortgage options.
