• Maintain a presentable Design Center showroom.

Job description

As a Designer in our Indianapolis Office, you will work one-on-one with our home buyers in selecting their new home finishes. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding the customer through their design center appointment and informing them on the materials that will be in their home. These skills will be used to:

• Assist customers at selection and sign off through the sale-to-start process by providing excellent customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a presentable Design Center showroom.

Physical demands and work environment:

• Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
