This will include showing community to prospective buyer, discussing conditions of sale and drawing up real estate contracts.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)*** Show prospective clients/customers available properties within the assigned community. Answer potential buyer’s questions regarding construction, financing, amenities and availability.* Participate in available training for self development and to improve sales techniques.* Promote sales of properties by using available marketing collateral and learned sales techniques.* Outline and recommend available options and services to new buyers.* Participate in outside events to remain knowledgeable in the local real estate market.* Pursue continuous improvement within the position working towards the overall sales goals.* Meet or exceed previous performance levels in the areas defined by the key indicators and specific goals for the position and the Sales Department.* Resolve late payment issues.* Review product designs for continuous improvement.
