CPI Security in Greensboro, NC is seeking a New Home Construction Sales Representative to design, present and sell award-winning security and home automation solutions. You will schedule in-home consultations and build relationships with builders, contractors, and developers to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years outside sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and motivation to meet goals.
• Excellent communications and professional credibility to influence buyers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate CPI Security’s value and capabilities to potential customers.
• Cultivate relationships with builders, contractors, and developers.
• Self-generate opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain outstanding relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule weekly appointments with accounts in the assigned location.
• Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve goals.
