CPI Security in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Residential Security Sales Manager to lead the local sales team, drive profitable growth, and manage cost evaluations and budget planning for development in surrounding markets.

You will recruit and train staff, meet with key customers, collaborate with Security Consultants, close deals, and develop strategies to expand residential and new construction sales channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).

Responsabilités

• Manage the assigned sales force and ensure awareness and training regarding products, services and selling skills.
• Develop strategies with the team to grow the customer base.
• Improve sales efficiencies and employee retention through leadership and training.
• Review sales performance and provide feedback with improvement plans.
• Recruit, interview and hire sales professionals.
• Lead regular sales meetings; communicate policies, promotions and branch numbers.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints regarding installations, pricing, contracts.
• Meet with key customers, assist consultants, negotiate and close deals.
• Forecast potential problems and develop solutions to close deals.
