CPI Security is seeking a New Home Construction Sales Representative to join our Charleston team. You will design, present, and sell security and home automation solutions to builders and homeowners, scheduling in-home consultations and generating leads.

The role offers an uncapped, performance-based income and strong growth opportunities. You will work with a dynamic team, build relationships with contractors, and drive sales targets while receiving formal training, a competitive benefits

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 1-2 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and professional credibility in sales.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

Our New Home Construction will design, present and sell our award-winning security and home automation solutions and will schedule in-home sales consultations through lead generating and prospecting activities using company provided tools. What you’ll do:

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
• Cultivate relationships with builders, contractors, and developers to promote our products and services.
• Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain outstanding working relationship with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location
• Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal is achieved

• Base salary guarantee plus commissions on top.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual
• Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity
• Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities
• Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals
• Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive
• Experience working with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
