Luxe Rehab in Leesburg, VA, is launching a 12-month new-grad mentorship program in a brand-new outpatient clinic backed by Loudoun Medical Group. You'll grow under weekly mentor sessions, gradually ramping your caseload with full-length sessions to apply what you learned in school.

You will develop advanced manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills, with early board-certification funding, and a culture shaped by your contributions during the clinic's first year.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program (final-year students welcome)
• Virginia PT license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• CPR / BLS certification
• Outpatient orthopedic clinical rotation experience preferred — but no work experience required
• Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset
• Strong communication skills and warmth with patients
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Join the founding team of a brand-new outpatient clinic backed by Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), where you'll grow inside a structured 12-month new-graduate mentorship program: weekly individual clinical development time with senior DPTs, a gradual caseload ramp-up instead of day-one productivity pressure, and a personalized treatment model with full-length sessions that gives you the space to actually apply what you learned in school. You'll build advanced manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills, get funded early toward board certification, and help shape a clinic's culture from its very first year — something few clinicians ever get to do.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat your own caseload with structured mentor support at every step

Requirements
