IMEG is hiring a Structural Engineering New Graduate for the Vancouver, WA or Portland metro area. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution with mentorship, training, and growth opportunities from day one.

You will work closely with experienced engineers to support structural systems analysis, design, and development of documents, contributing across the full project life cycle while staying within the firm’s ESOP culture.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems per code and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and build professional relationships.
• Support project execution, planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
